The Word of the week – January 23, 2013
It was a great show last night and thanks to all of you who called in and those of you who didn’t get through be patient ….when you are meant to get through you will. Thanks for coming and looking for more clarity on the word of the week. The word of the week this week is Choice …
To some of you that word will make you shake to your core. To others you can move into choice with ease and clarity. Take a moment to consider what that one word means in your day-to-day life. We choose every moment of every day. Every thought, every action, every reaction. We choose to resolve or to remain stuck. We choose our words, our lifestyle, we choose our emotional state. We consciously choose to either have faith, belief and hope or not apply any of that in our daily life. We choose to stay focussed or numb out. We stand in judgement of others and demand that no one stands in judgement of us. Every day I have people in front of me that have forgotten that they have chosen the circumstances that they are in. They have difficulty sometimes seeing their role in their choices and how their choices are reflecting from their inner self. They have chosen to give up. They have chosen sadness over joy. They are stuck. If all things tether back to a thought then we experience our thought processes every day from both the conscious and subconscious mind. We are the magnet and life is the filings….and we draw the circumstances and people to us that support our thoughts and choices. If you are doing the work and give yourself over to the divine to lead you and guide you to choices that are more appropriate for you then you will see that you can experience life from another perspective see the joy and opportunity that exists all around you. If you are not ready then you will not have the ability to see what is right in front of you. Opening your mind to the potential of change and that you can you choose to step outside the same old thoughts, the same old actions, the same old reactions? For example if you are sad all the time and you want to become a more positive person and you ask the divine to bring that to you. If you have not considered for a moment what positivity can look like then you will not see what has been in front of you the whole time.
For now consider this….take that one word into your past and examine where the right to choose played a role. Choices made on your behalf and choices that you made…let it all bubble up and acknowledge the emotions that come up. You cannot change the past but you can choose to change how you feel about the past and how it will affect your present. Then come forward into the present …..What does choice look like for you now and how is it affecting your day-to-day life. If you are not happy with the choices you are making then what are you going to do about it? Then take a breathe…and look into the future…how are the choices that you are making now affecting your future…How could your future be different if you made the decision to choose something else today? That is a lot for you to consider this week and it actually is something that you can consider over many weeks so we will address this again from another perspective. Be gentle on yourself and others and try not to step in the rage of what you perceive has happened to you. When we give ourselves over to negativity it will cloud our intent and hold us back from resolution. Pray and ask for clarity and your divine guides will assist you with unconditional love on your journey.
When you get stuck on your journey please know that I am here to assist you through the divine.
Remember you choose your thoughts, your words, your actions and your reactions to every life event. Stay conscious of the effects that you have on others with the choices that you make.
